A Driving Story

His father lies on the living-room sofa wrapped in plaster, unwilling to relinquish his identity as a patient. Inside a driving-school car, Shengwen watches the instructor beside him. Unable to confront either his home or his evasive father, he gradually becomes a reflection of the man he is trying to avoid.
